ASEAN region has reported a total of 15,327,440 Covid-19 cases

INTERNATIONAL: On 11 January 2022 the ASEAN region has reported a total of 15,327,440 Covid-19 cases, this includes 308,198 deaths. The data was released by Worldometer, a website that is compiling Covid-19 statistics from around the globe.

At 10:00 a.m this morning, total cases and deaths per ASEAN member state are:
- Indonesia: 4,266,649 people (144,136 deaths)
- Philippines: 2,998,530 people (52,293 deaths)
- Malaysia: 2,788,860 people (31,696 deaths)
- Thailand: 2,284,609 people (21,850 deaths)
- Vietnam: 1,914,393 people (34,531 deaths)
- Myanmar: 532,167 people (19,293 deaths)
- Singapore: 286,397 people (838 deaths)
- Cambodia: 120,636 people (3,015 deaths)
- Laos: 119,521 people (448 deaths)
- Brunei: 15,678 people (98 deaths)
